Delete Your Market Reflex Account
You can permanently delete your Market Reflex account and associated app data using either method below.
Delete inside the app
- Open Market Reflex and sign in.
- Open Settings or Legal & Support.
- Select Delete Account.
- Read the deletion notice, type DELETE, and confirm.
Request deletion by email
Send the request from the email address registered to your Market Reflex account. Use the subject Delete My Market Reflex Account.
Email deletion requestSupport may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.
Data deleted
- Profile and account preferences
- Trade plans, executions, journal entries, reflections, behavioural records, AI feedback, coaching sessions, and generated reports
- Reflex Shorts posts, comments, saved-content records, moderation-related user records, social records, and notification preferences associated with the account
Data that may be retained
Limited transaction, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal-compliance records may be retained where required by law. Market Reflex does not retain payment-card details processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store.
Processing
In-app deletion begins immediately. Email requests are processed after account ownership is verified. You will receive confirmation when the request has been completed.
