Market Reflex Privacy Policy

Market Reflex is operated by Reflex Global Holdings (Pty) Ltd. This policy explains how information is collected, used, shared, retained, and deleted when you use the Market Reflex application and related services.
Information we collect
- Account and profile information: name, email address, profile image, preferences, public-profile settings, and authentication information.
- Trading-development information: trade plans, executions, journal entries, reflections, behavioural events, discipline-balance activity, portfolio information you choose to enter, and generated reports.
- AI interactions: messages, coaching-session content, uploaded attachments, generated feedback, and reports submitted about AI responses.
- User-generated content: Reflex Shorts videos, slideshows, captions, thumbnails, public creator information, saves, reflections, reports, moderation records, and blocking preferences.
- Device and usage information: device type, operating system, app version, feature interactions, diagnostics, notification preferences, and push-notification tokens.
- Subscription information: product ID, plan tier, transaction/order identifiers, subscription status, renewal and expiry dates. Payment-card details are processed by Apple or Google and are not stored by Market Reflex.
How we use information
We use information to operate the app, provide behavioural coaching and personalised insights, maintain subscription access, generate reports, deliver notifications, enable user-generated content, investigate reports, enforce community rules, provide support, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
AI processing
Information submitted to AI coaching features may be processed by contracted AI and hosting providers solely to provide the requested response and related app functions. Market Reflex does not represent AI output as financial, investment, brokerage, or trading advice.
User-generated content and visibility
Content you publish to Reflex Shorts and information you choose to make public may be visible to other users. You can report content, block creators, change relevant privacy settings, or delete your own content. Reported content may be reviewed by authorised moderators.
Permissions
Where enabled, the app may request access to notifications, photos, videos, camera, microphone, or files only when needed for the feature you choose to use. You can manage permissions in your device settings.
Service providers and sharing
We may use contracted providers for app hosting, authentication, AI processing, file storage, email delivery, analytics, diagnostics, push notifications, and subscription verification. We share only the information needed to provide those services. We do not sell personal information.
Subscriptions
Market Reflex currently offers Awareness at $0, Discipline at $29.99 per month, and Pro at $49.99 per month. Eligible paid subscriptions may include a three-day free trial. Android payments are processed through Google Play and iOS payments through the Apple App Store.
Security and retention
We use access controls, secure authentication, encrypted transport, and operational safeguards. Data is retained while needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Certain transaction records may be retained for up to seven years where required.
Your choices and rights
You may access or correct account information, export supported account data, adjust privacy and notification preferences, remove uploaded content, report content or AI responses, block creators, and request account deletion.
Account deletion
You can delete your account inside Market Reflex under Settings or use our public deletion page at marketreflex.store/delete-account.html. Account deletion removes associated app data, subject to limited legally required retention.
Children
Market Reflex is intended only for users aged 18 and older.
