Market Reflex Terms of Use

By accessing or using Market Reflex, including its ChatGPT integration, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Educational and trader-development purpose

Market Reflex is a trader-development, behavioral reflection, journaling, planning, and accountability service. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice and does not guarantee trading results. Trading involves risk of loss and users remain responsible for their own decisions.

ChatGPT integration

When you connect Market Reflex to ChatGPT, you may authorize ChatGPT to read or create specific Market Reflex records such as trade plans, journal entries, reflections, trading-edge records, discipline metrics, and weekly reports. Permissions are scoped through OAuth.

Important: The ChatGPT integration does not place broker orders, withdraw funds, move money, manage brokerage accounts, or promise financial returns. A trade plan created through ChatGPT is a Market Reflex record, not a live market order or trading signal.

User responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old, use the service lawfully, protect your account credentials, and remain responsible for information you enter and actions you choose outside Market Reflex.

Privacy

Your use of Market Reflex is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or any particular trading outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Market Reflex is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Account deletion

You may request account deletion through Market Reflex settings or the public account-deletion page.
